Tropical Slushies

Ingredients
TROPICAL SLUSHIES
- 1 pineapple
- 3 wooden skewers
- 250 g frozen mango
- 125 ml passion fruit pulp
- 60-125 ml strawberry juice
- 6 sachets Huletts Xylitol
- About 10 ice cubes
- Straws
Method
- Cut the pineapple in half.
- Peel one half and cut it into cubes.
- Cut the other half into cubes leaving the skin on. Divide these cubes between the skewers.
- Blend the peeled pineapple cubes, mango, passion fruit, strawberry juice (you may want to use a little at first and then add more if necessary), xylitol and ice in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the slushies into glasses.
- Garnish with a pineapple skewer and straw.
