Avoid bacteria build up on your cutting board. Cut a lemon in half and coat the exposed side with coarse salt. Then, use it to scrub your cutting board and rinse clean.

Ingredients
Maple and mustard chicken
- 8 chicken pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely crushed
- 4 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup Huletts Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Place the chicken into a roasting dish, then season with salt and pepper
- Mix together the lemon juice, zest, garlic, mustards, maple syrup and olive oil
- Pour sauce onto the chicken, then toss well. Cover with foil, then place into the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, then return to the oven and cook for 20 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and reduced.
