Mango Passion Fruit Popsicles
Try this Mango Passion Fruit popsicle, it’s an all time summer favourite!

Ingredients
- 500 g frozen mango
- 180 ml Huletts White Sugar
- 250 ml yogurt
- 200 g passion fruit sauce
- Popsicle sticks
Method
- Place the frozen mango and white sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Place the mixture in a processor/ blender with the yogurt and passion fruit sauce.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Take the moulds out of the freezer and place the sticks upright in each mould.
- Put them back in the freezer overnight.
- To serve, dip each Popsicle mould in hot water before removing from the mould.
