Mango Passion Fruit Popsicles

Try this Mango Passion Fruit popsicle, it’s an all time summer favourite!

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen mango
  • 180 ml Huletts White Sugar
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 200 g passion fruit sauce
  • Popsicle sticks

Method

  1. Place the frozen mango and white sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Place the mixture in a processor/ blender with the yogurt and passion fruit sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Take the moulds out of the freezer and place the sticks upright in each mould.
  5. Put them back in the freezer overnight.
  6. To serve, dip each Popsicle mould in hot water before removing from the mould.
