Banana and Nut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
For the Smoothie
- ½ Cup Almond milk
- 15 - 30 ml Huletts Molasses
- ½ cup oats
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoon nut butter
- 30 - 40 ml Almonds and cashews
- 5 medjool dates
Method
- Blend Almond milk, Molasses, oats, banana, nut butter, nuts and dates together in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
- Check consistency, adding a little milk if too thick, and sweetness adding a little extra Huletts Molasses if needed.
