Ingredients

For the Smoothie

  • ½ Cup Almond milk
  • 15 - 30 ml Huletts Molasses
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoon nut butter
  • 30 - 40 ml Almonds and cashews
  • 5 medjool dates

Method

  1. Blend Almond milk, Molasses, oats, banana, nut butter, nuts and dates together in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
  2. Check consistency, adding a little milk if too thick, and sweetness adding a little extra Huletts Molasses if needed.
