Blue Crystal Sukiri is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mothusi Molokomme as its new Managing Director, bringing to the business extensive executive leadership experience spanning the beverage, security, banking and diamond industries.
Mr. Molokomme joins Blue Crystal Sukiri following his tenure as Managing Director of G4S Botswana, a position he assumed in March 2021 and held until July 2026. During his time at the company, he led the business through the post-COVID economic recovery and a period of changing market conditions, drawing on his experience in strategic leadership, business management and organisational performance.
His career also includes serving as Managing Director of Distell Botswana and holding senior leadership positions at Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (KBL), Barclays Bank of Botswana and Debswana Diamond Company. This diverse experience has equipped him with a broad understanding of business operations, stakeholder engagement and the dynamics of Botswana’s corporate landscape.
His appointment comes as Blue Crystal Sukiri continues to build on its position in the Botswana market and pursue its business priorities.
Mr. Molokomme holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Botswana, as well as a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Corporate Strategy from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Beyond his executive career, he has contributed to industry and civic leadership through various board and association roles, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Kalahari Conservation Society and Chairman of the Botswana Alcohol Industry Association.
His appointment comes as Blue Crystal Sukiri continues to build on its position in the Botswana market and pursue its business priorities. His experience in the beverage industry, coupled with his background in corporate strategy and executive management, brings valuable expertise to the business as it looks towards its next phase of development.
